Deconstructing Leadership in Families and Family Business

Family business leadership is a complex subject with the intersection of family dynamics and running a business especially as the family gets larger.  When people think of leadership they typically think of the Family CEO and the Successor.  However, there are many leadership roles and different ways to lead in a multi-generational family and family business.

Discover how leadership shows up in your family and your business.  How does family dynamics impact leadership? What is the role of leadership in resolving conflict? Learn some tips on influencing others, managing conflict, and personal relationships.

Leadership Strengths Matter!

Research shows that overall leadership effectiveness comes from identifying and focusing on your strengths.  This is a different mindset than working on and improving your weaknesses. Elevating your strengths, and turning your talents into strengths is the most important part. This, coupled with identifying the strengths of others will boost your confidence, improve your relationships and personal performance. Learn some strategies to be a more effective leader in your home, family, career and family business.
