Joining your family business board is an honor, a privilege and an opportunity.   Some people are thrown in at the deep end and some go through rigorous development cycles and still aren’t prepared for the responsibility.  Join this workshop to better understand the roles and responsibility and how to can make a positive impact for your family and family enterprise.  We will examine the intersection of business strategy and family strategy. Learn how they work together to accomplish family goals and perpetuate the family legacy.  Bring your questions for the panel and get insight and differing perspectives on family and business issues at the board level.

We will discover success factors for family boards and new board members.  Bring your questions and get advice from people who have “been there”.
