A major risk facing multi-generational families is human capital - the risk of not educating or not preparing the next generation.  Parents who successfully raise moral, financially responsible and independent children are intentional about communicating and modeling healthy messages to their children.  The parents also engender an emotional connection to the family business and are mindful of educating their children to be accountable owners and stewards of the family assets.

This interactive workshop will be led by non-profit organization, 21/64, which specializes in next generation engagement in philanthropy and family enterprise, and moderated by Jennifer Muntz, Executive Director of FBN.  21/64 will share their research findings and best practices for raising responsible and industrious children.  We will help you identify which practices are best for your family and how to implement them.  We will also explore the concepts in the presentation, Growing Goodness, and discuss how to translate these into our parenting.  We hope this Workshop will enhance engagement with your younger generations and strengthen your family bonds.

This workshop is best suited for parents, grandparents, or anyone interested in guiding and influencing children of means.
