Sarah Richmond, Marketing Director, leads FBN’s marketing and communications efforts. With an extensive 25+ year career that spans advertising, marketing, and sales positions, Sarah is responsible for strategic marketing and brand positioning, and is instrumental in creating high quality FBN-NA events.

Sarah is very familiar with the nuance of family businesses as she is a G3 member of her family’s international manufacturing and distribution company. She manages the company’s corporate foundation, chairs the Family Steering Committee, and is a board member.

Outside of work, Sarah serves on the board of her local community foundation and another non-profit aimed at revitalizing her hometown through private enterprise. Sarah holds a BA in Communications and English, and an MA in education, from the University of Michigan. She lives with her husband, Brian, and their four children in Michigan.
